遛呗 / TaskTrackr ("we", "the Platform") is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights under the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China (PIPL).

重要服务边界:遛呗是一款提供遛狗地点标记共享、宠物日常记录及狗友信息交流的工具类 App。平台不组织、不参与、不介入任何线下活动,亦不提供遛狗服务。用户基于平台信息进行的任何线下行为,均属用户自主决定。

0. 地图、社交、宠友圈与发现内容补充提醒

0.1 地点信息仅供参考

“宝藏地图”中所有地点信息(包括平台标记和用户标记)均为信息展示,不构成对地点安全性、合法性、可达性的任何保证。用户前往任何地点前,应自行判断该地点是否安全、是否允许携带宠物。

0.2 用户自行承担实地风险

平台对地点的实际情况(包括但不限于地形、天气、人流、封闭状态、物业规定变更等)不作实时监控。用户因前往推荐地点而遭受的任何损失或伤害,平台不承担超出法律规定的赔偿责任。

0.3 用户标记内容的合规责任

用户标记新地点时,应确保该地点属于公共开放区域或已获得合法授权进入。禁止标记私人住宅、封闭管理小区内部、军事禁区等非开放区域。因用户标记内容侵犯第三方权益(如私人物业权利、肖像权)或违反法律法规的,由标记用户自行承担全部法律责任;平台有权删除相关内容并配合权利方或执法机关处理。

0.4 平台审核的性质

平台对用户标记地点的审核仅为形式审核(例如信息完整度、有无明显违规内容),不构成对地点安全性、合法性的背书。用户使用任何地点前应自行核实。

0.5 平台仅提供扫码和信息交流功能,不参与线下社交

用户之间通过扫码添加好友、通过聊天室交流、自行约定线下约遛等行为,均属用户自主行为。平台不参与、不介入、不担保用户之间的任何线上或线下交往。用户应自行评估交往风险。

0.6 线下约遛风险的明确警示与自甘风险

平台强烈建议用户确保宠物已接种疫苗并佩戴牵引绳;首次约遛选择人多、安全的公共区域;注意自身、宠物及他人人身安全。用户自行约定的线下约遛属于自愿参加的社交活动。根据《民法典》第一千一百七十六条关于“自甘风险”的规定,自愿参加具有一定风险的文体活动,因其他参加者的行为受到损害的,不得请求其他参加者承担侵权责任,但其他参加者对损害的发生有故意或者重大过失的除外。

0.7 宠物间冲突的责任归属

用户携带的宠物在互动过程中如发生咬伤、抓伤、疾病传染等情况,由宠物饲养人或管理人依据《民法典》第九章饲养动物损害责任的相关规定自行承担或向对方追索。平台作为信息撮合方,非饲养人、非管理人、非活动组织者,不承担由此产生的任何法律责任。

0.8 聊天室内容管理

平台有权但无义务对聊天室内容进行监控。用户如在聊天室内遭遇骚扰、不当言论,可使用举报功能。平台收到举报后将及时处理,包括但不限于删除内容、限制发言、封禁账号等。但平台对聊天室内发生的用户间纠纷,不承担超出法律要求的责任。

0.9 用户发布内容的责任归属

宠友圈内所有动态、评论、图片等内容均由发布用户自行负责。平台对用户发布内容的真实性、准确性、合法性不作任何保证。其他用户基于上述内容所做的任何决策或行为,由该用户自行承担后果。

0.10 侵权内容的处理机制

用户不得发布侵犯他人知识产权、肖像权、名誉权、隐私权等合法权益的内容。如权利人认为宠友圈内容侵犯其权益,可通过平台公示渠道投诉。平台收到有效通知后,将依据“避风港原则”及时采取删除、屏蔽等必要措施。平台对用户发布内容的事先审核,不构成对内容合法性、准确性的担保。

0.11 违规内容零容忍

用户不得发布虐宠、违规养宠、违法养宠等违反公序良俗及法律法规的内容。一经发现或收到举报,平台有权不经通知立即删除相关内容,并对发布者采取限制功能、封禁账号等措施;涉及违法的,平台将配合执法机关调查。

0.12 发现内容仅供参考,不构成专业建议

“发现”板块提供的养宠人格测试、文明养宠宣传、训犬及养宠技巧等内容,均属信息分享与科普教育,不构成专业兽医建议、法律建议或训犬指导。每篇技巧内容均应理解为:本内容仅供参考,具体操作请结合宠物实际情况并在专业人士指导下进行。

0.13 用户自行承担操作风险

用户因参照上述内容进行任何操作(包括但不限于训犬、护理、饮食调整等)而导致宠物受伤、健康受损或用户本人受伤的,平台不承担超出法律规定的赔偿责任。涉及宠物健康问题,请及时咨询执业兽医。

2. Sensitive Personal Information

Under PIPL, the following are classified as sensitive personal information and require your separate, explicit consent before collection:

Each sensitive data type triggers a separate authorization dialog in the app before collection. You may deny any individual authorization without affecting other Platform functions.

7. Complaint and Report Mechanism

You can submit complaints or reports inside the app through Your Pets → Safety & Privacy → Report or Complaint. Reports about posts, users, helper sessions, privacy/data concerns, harmful content, or safety incidents are stored in the administrator console with status, handling notes, and timestamps.

8. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not intended for users under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that a child's data has been collected, we will delete it promptly.

9. Cookies & Tracking

The mobile app does not use cookies. We use minimal local storage (AsyncStorage) for session tokens and user preferences only. We do not use third-party tracking or analytics SDKs.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification at least 7 days before taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
